How can I make calls at these rates?
When you use our service, you are charged by your telecom company for your call to our access number at the rate stated above. You will not receive a bill from us (we won't know who you are, therefore we cannot send you a bill!). When you receive your telecom bill, it will show a call to our access number, and not the country you are calling. This is because your telecom company only sees the call to our service. So for example, if you make a 5 minute call to Germany from a BT phone via access number 08448310008 which is charged at 2p/min; Next time you get your BT bill you will see a call to our 08448310008 number, a duration of 5 minutes and a total charge of 5 min x 2p = 10p + your providers standard connection fee (typically 5-6p).

What do I have to do?

If you are calling from a landline:

  • Dial the access number for the destination you wish to call.
  • When prompted, dial the country code and the number you want to call.
  • A connection should be made within a few seconds (please allow up to 30 seconds).

If you are calling from a mobile:

  • From your mobile phone, dial the access number for the destination you wish to call and press the 'receiver' button to dial it.
  • After the prompt, dial the country code and the number you want to call (do NOT press the 'receiver' button again)
  • A connection should be made within a few seconds (please allow up to 30 seconds).

The price stated for all access numbers is the total cost of your call per minute (including VAT), at all times if you are a BT customer.

PLEASE NOTE: Rates for calling from a mobile or other landline network may carry a surcharge by the telephone provider. Please check with them for any possible surcharges.
