Leadership and Personal Development

Kings Hall College offers a structured summer programme for students aged 10–17, based at the University of Salford in Manchester. The course combines English language teaching with activities and excursions in a modern campus environment. Compared to Oxford-based programmes, it provides a more relaxed setting while maintaining structure and supervision.

St Clare’s Oxford offers well-established summer courses for students aged 9–17, with separate programmes for Juniors (9–15) and Teens (15–17). Based in North Oxford, the programme combines English language teaching with a full schedule of activities and excursions, supported by strong pastoral care and over 70 years of experience in international education.

St Clare’s provides a well-balanced summer experience combining English language learning with a full programme of activities and excursions. Students follow a structured daily schedule, with lessons focused on communication skills and confidence, alongside cultural visits and social activities designed to make the most of their time in the UK.The programme places a strong emphasis on pastoral care, with experienced staff providing supervision and support throughout the stay. Students live and study in a safe, international environment, developing independence while remaining within a clear and well-managed structure.Beyond the classroom, the programme includes a wide range of activities and excursions, from local visits in Oxford to trips further afield, giving students a broader experience of the UK while building friendships with peers from around the world.

Stanford University Summer Session

The Juniors programme is designed for younger students and is delivered at Headington Rye Prep School in Oxford. The campus provides a secure, closed environment with accommodation, teaching, and activities all on-site, supported by dedicated staff throughout the summer.Students follow a highly structured schedule combining English language learning with activities, study visits, and excursions. The focus is on building confidence in communication within a safe and well-managed setting, making it particularly suitable for first-time international students.

Junior's Programme

The Teenagers programme is held at St Clare’s main International Baccalaureate campus on Banbury Road. Students experience a more independent environment, with accommodation spread across nearby residences while remaining fully supervised.The programme combines English language development with a range of subject options, alongside activities and excursions. It is designed to support academic development while encouraging greater independence and confidence in an international setting.

Teenager's Programme

The Adult programme is based on Bardwell Road, a short walk from the main St Clare’s campus. It offers a more flexible and independent learning environment, focused on improving English for academic, professional, or personal use.Students attend lessons in smaller groups and have the option to take part in cultural activities and visits around Oxford, while managing their own time more independently compared to the junior programmes.

Outdoor Adventure and Team Building
